RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the unique nature of our archive and vintage pieces, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges beyond the rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Customers purchasing online who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal may notify us of their decision within 14 days of receiving their order.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn, unused and with all original tags and packaging where applicable.
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any legally required refund will be issued using the original payment method.
If the customer expressly agrees, store credit may be offered instead of a monetary refund.
Please note that the vintage or pre-owned nature of an item, including any condition details clearly disclosed in the product description and photographs before purchase, does not constitute a defect.
